1.The ceramic body obtained by direct solidification of quartz ceramic slurry in the mold has the advantages of uniform crucible structure, high density and low porosity.
2.Using the mould of unique material, the size consistency of the crucible is good, the taper of the side wall is moderate, which is conducive to the reasonable distribution of heat field and the long crystal of silicon in the ingot casting process.
